This crypto is up over 5,000% in a week

牛来 (Niu Lai) 牛来, the cryptocurrency named after the Chinese movie of the same name, has surged 5,000% over the past week, fueled by the film’s meme status and a highly successful trading story. The rally accelerated after an August 16 report highlighted a trader who allegedly turned a $120 investment into more than $205,000 within hours by buying the token at an extremely low market capitalization. As the latest data shows, the trader had bought 19.1 million Niu Lai at launch, sold 9.1 million for $25,900, and still holds 10 million tokens. Overall, the combined return exceeds 822x the initial investment. At press time, the meme coin was changing hands at $0.048 and enjoying a market cap of $45.4 million. Niu Lai price 1 week. The story about the highly successful trade was thus destined to circulate quickly, reinforcing the meme-coin “lottery ticket” narrative and attracting waves of speculative buying as the flick continued to garner attention. As such, the surge is driven primarily by social momentum and speculative demand, not underlying utility. In other words, the asset is more than vulnerable to a sudden reversal once the chatter surrounding the project begins to fade. For now, the asset’s near-term momentum remains strongly bullish. The $0.04 level has emerged as a key support zone, and if buying pressure remains strong, traders could be looking forward to a $0.05 target. The token is currently seeing approximately $46.09 million in 24-hour trading volume. Featured image via Shutterstock The post This crypto is up over 5,000% in a week appeared first on Finbold .
